PRIVACY POLICY & MODEL RELEASE
Please note: Prior to any session you will be asked to complete a quick form with some personal details and how we can contact you, included in this form is a privacy policy / data controller section asking for permission to contact you and which is the best possible way. There is also a model release statement which will require a signature of authorisation, any changes needing to be made can be discussed between the client and photographer and amended when agreed upon. Please see below the privacy policy and model release which can be found on all said forms or contracts.

Model Release Statement
Model release: For consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by signing this release, I hereby give the photographer my permission to license the content and to use the content in any media, for any purpose except pornographic or defamatory, which may include among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging any product or service. I agree the content may be combined with other images, texts, graphics, film, audio, audiovisual works and may be cropped, altered or modified.
I agree that I have no rights to the content and all rights belong to the photographer. I understand and agree that I cannot download or screenshot any content from my session that is not purchased and paid for. I understand that any deposits paid are non refundable to ensure the security of my booking.
I acknowledge and agree that this release is bonding upon my heirs and signs. It is agreed that my private information will not be made public but may only be used in direct licensing of content when necessary (eg. To defend claims, protect rights or trade unions) and may be retained as long as necessary to fulfill this purpose. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to execute this release.
Parent information: In the instance that the model is a minor or lacks the capacity or jurisdiction and residence, the parent warrants and represents that the parent is the legal guardian of the model(s) and has full legal capacity to consent to the shoot and execute this release of all rights in the models content.
